Recently, my head isn’t doing so well.
Maybe it’s these crazy times, maybe it’s working from home with my kids, maybe it’s the fact that the world seems to be changing daily. Maybe it’s ALL OF IT.
Whatever the case, my stress headaches are non-stop. And as far as I can tell on Facebook, I’m not alone.
Hey, it’s a tough time, so don’t beat yourself up. But continuing to let your headaches rage on actually is beating yourself up.
If you’re anything like me, you don’t want to use drugs or pills that you’re unsure about.
You’d prefer to start with something natural, but something that actually works.
Thank GOD I finally found it. My in-the-know niece recently told me about something called Aculief that’s been working for her and her friends.
If you’re struggling with your own headaches, I encourage you to read on.
Aculief is a small, comfortable acupressure device that gives its wearer immediate relief from headaches and migraines.
Even better, the aculief won’t emit any harmful radiation or magnetic frequencies. It’s an all-natural, yet highly effective approach.
It looks like a little green “clip” of sorts that you strap onto what’s called the L-14 pressure point of the hand.
Luckily you don’t have to study acupuncture or holistic medicine to understand how to use it.
The Aculief is actually designed so well that it’s sort of obvious how to wear it right when you pull it out of the box. You slide it onto your hand, and within minutes your headache subsides.
To put it on, you’ll want to first locate the L-14 acupressure point of your hand. It’s where the thumb and index finger meet.
Once the Aculief is on, you’re free to carry out your day as usual.
The best part is that you’ll know you’re wearing it right when your head starts to feel better. Most feel the relief almost instantly. Your body (and this device) really is that incredible.
With working from home and everything being so crazy, I really didn’t have time to figure out a pill regimen or learn how to use some complicated device.
Thankfully, there’s really not much knowledge necessary to use this device perfectly.
I wanted to go the natural route, but not with something that wouldn’t work. Fortunately, this thing works almost instantly.
It’s actually the ergonomic design (or the way it’s shaped) that really drives home the results.
Basically, the Aculief uses the science of acupressure and ergonomic engineering to physically stop your body from radiating pain towards your head.
This method of pain relief has actually been around for thousands of years.
It was just that a person would need to keep the pressure on this point with their own hands, and obviously wouldn’t be free to do anything else at the same time.
Now, finally, Aculief can keep the pressure on the L14 pressure point for you, all day, without bogging you down with some enormous device or time-consuming doctor’s appointment.
Also, it looks pretty cool, and I always get excited when people ask me about it. I usually find that they’re suffering from headaches too and tell that about my life-changing discovery.
This was my first question when I first heard about Aculief too.
Even though natural usually sounds appealing, I usually opt for what my doctor recommends or prescribes.
But that’s what makes this device so great! It actually IS doctor-recommended. In fact, they often recommended it to their patients for effective self-treatment.
The device also fits any hand size, so there’s a need to find a specialty version or work with a professional. All you need to do is order it.
I tend to work about 40 hours per week, all on the computer.
Even though I’m remote ever since the pandemic struck, I definitely still need both hands to get the job done.
Thankfully, Aculief is incredibly lightweight, comfortable, and mobile, so it never gets in the way of my work.
I can still type easily, hold a coffee mug, or take a phone call, even with the hand that the Aculief is on. There’s really no hindrance to my movement. It actually kind of feels good.
The Aculief was intentionally designed for active lifestyles as well, so even if you’re not behind a desk all day and wanted to go for a walk or a jog, this thing would stay put.
There’s already the obvious emotional toll that comes with stress. We feel heated, angry, and easily agitated.
Especially with my whole family at home while I was working, it’s safe to say things definitely reached a boiling point.
I was snapping at everyone in the house and was having a hard time helping my kids do their homework. I just didn’t have the patience anymore.
But it was even worse that all of this stress put me in physical pain. My head was starting to feel a dull ache at first, and then it grew stronger and stronger until I just couldn’t take it anymore.
I actually did try pills first. Every standard OTC option either did nothing or only worked for a few hours or a day at best.
Plus I had to keep taking and keep taking them, which didn’t sit right with me.
I was wasting time and money running to the drug store and feeling a little scared about what all of these pills were doing to me since they were basically starting to become a part of my diet.
I’m so thankful there’s finally a natural option that works on such a physical level.
It’s not like a natural pill or a breathing technique you have to get right. It’s just a little device that pushes into the exact nerves and parts of your body that will fix your headache!
Anyone can use it.
It saddens me to think of how many working parents just suck it up and deal with their stress.
Everyone who asks me about the Aculief seems so surprised that something like this exists. I hope you’re pleasantly surprised as well and decide to do something to take care of yourself.
Whether you’re working from home or at an office, want to go for a run or sit still, or have large or small hands, this device will help relieve your headaches.
Please take some time to take care of yourself and give this risk-free option a try.
Hopefully, you’ll join the thousands of others who have finally found relief from the stress headaches.
